HNTB-831 is an automatic flat labeling machine designed to apply self-adhesive labels accurately to flat or slightly curved product surfaces. It is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electronics, printing and logistics industries for labeling cartons, books, cards, packaging boxes, PCB boards and other flat products. 4. The operation is simple, with easy-to-adjust touch screen settings for parameters, one-click fine adjustment of width/height/position, and quick product changeover.
5. The system has a low failure rate and is easy to maintain due to its simple structure, which mainly consists of a labeling head, conveyor, and sensor. Cleaning the label peeling plate and rubber roller is sufficient.
6. Support the option of selecting a coding machine or a marking machine, which can simultaneously print production date, batch number, QR code, and other information during labeling, achieving an integrated "labeling-coding" process. This meets compliance requirements such as drug traceability and food shelf-life management.
7. Fully functional, including missing label alarm, broken label alarm, counting, anti-relabeling, and positioning labeling.

Structure
The conveyor transports products through the detection and labeling stations. Its speed can be adjusted to coordinate with the labeling head and upstream equipment.
The collecting plate supports the collection and organization of finished products. For higher production requirements, an automatic receiving device can be selected.
The labeling head contains the label roll holder, traction mechanism, peeling plate, sensor and label web recovery mechanism. It controls label feeding and dispensing.
The touch screen provides access to the main operating parameters and allows operators to fine-tune the labeling position.
The electric box contains the PLC, motor control components, power components and other electrical systems required for automatic operation.
